I propose to prepare a very simple and tasty salad with an interesting and piquant dressing. There is nothing unusual in the composition itself. The salad will appeal to those who love arugula, because it is known that it has a special nutty aroma. But the gas station is very interesting. Its composition is rich, the taste is sweet and sour and very pleasant. But if you have difficulty choosing the ingredients for the dressing, then use four main ingredients - oil, lemon juice, soy sauce and brown sugar.

We will need the following basic products:

First, prepare the dressing by mixing all the ingredients and stir until the sugar melts.

Fry the bacon in a dry frying pan until crispy.

Chop the sweet red onion. I didn’t have any red onions, so I chopped regular ones, and then washed them with cold water to remove excess bitterness.

Cut the cherry tomatoes in half. If the tomatoes are ordinary, then you just need to cut them into slices.

Place washed arugula and cherry tomatoes in a salad bowl.

Place pieces of cheese and onions on top.

Top with crispy bacon pieces and drizzle with dressing before serving.

Salad with arugula, bacon and cherry tomatoes, a recipe with a photo of which I offer, the dish is quite simple in its preparation method, but its ingredients combine wonderfully with each other. A very successful compositional solution for presentation allows you to serve it on a holiday table as a main snack dish.
I like the simplicity of this dish, although its ingredients are quite refined. Judge for yourself, fresh spicy arugula has a very original taste, which goes amazingly with milk cheese like Feta or Mozzarella, emphasizing their delicate soft taste. In order to add a little spiciness to the overall taste, we finely chop the onion.
Sliced ​​and fried bacon completes the presentation, but to ensure the perfect taste, we season the dish with sauce. In principle, it is not difficult to prepare, the main thing is to mix the ingredients necessary for it and let it completely dissolve in taste.
This salad with arugula, bacon, feta and cherry tomatoes is just a godsend for those who want to prepare a tasty, satisfying and main holiday dish in a few minutes. Therefore, if you have unexpected guests in your house, then this salad is the best solution for the snack table.

Ingredients:
- ripe tomato fruits (Cherry variety – 6 pcs.,
- milk cheese (feta variety – 50 g,
- arugula (fresh greens) - 60 g,
- bacon (pancetta, ham) – 50 g
- oil (deodorized olive oil) – 2 tbsp.,
- lemon or lime juice – 1 tbsp.,
- granulated sugar (can be brown) – 0.5 tsp,
- soy sauce – 1 tsp,
- spices (ground pepper) - a pinch.

It cooks quite quickly, since the only product that we heat-process is bacon. To do this, cut it into thin slices and then fry in a dry frying pan on both sides so that the bacon browns.




We sort through the arugula greens, it is important to remove the wilted and rotten ones. We rinse the rest with running water and dry it with a towel. Then put the greens on a plate.
Cut the milk cheese into small, neat cubes. It is important to preserve the structure of the salad, so we do all the cutting very carefully.
We wash the tomatoes and dry them with a towel. We tear off their sepals and cut out the places where the stalk is attached. Then cut the tomatoes into halves.
Place cheese cubes and tomato halves on top of the arugula.
In a small container, mix olive oil with freshly squeezed citrus juice. Add spices and soy sauce. Beat thoroughly.




Pour the sauce over the salad with arugula, bacon and cherry tomatoes.



We serve it to the table immediately.

Ingredients

  • red onion - 1 onion;
  • bacon or brisket – 100 g;
  • tomato – 1 piece;
  • arugula salad – 100 g;
  • parmesan – 50 g;
  • olive oil – 50 g;
  • pine nuts – 1 handful;
  • balsamic vinegar - 0.5 teaspoon.

Peel the onion, cut into slices into 6-8 pieces. Wash and dry the tomato and arugula salad. Cut the tomato into small slices.

Slice the bacon thinly. In a frying pan without oil over high heat, fry the bacon strips until crispy and transfer to a plate.

Then pour half the olive oil into the same pan and fry the onion in it. At the end of frying, add a handful of pine nuts.

In a small container, mix the remaining olive oil with balsamic vinegar. This will be the salad dressing.

Place tomatoes, onions with nuts, bacon, arugula salad in a salad bowl, pour over the dressing, stir gently and garnish with thinly sliced ​​Parmesan cheese.
