And I’ve never set a table consisting of only portioned appetizers before. So now I’m trying different recipes, training, getting ready))

The recipe came across VKontakte. I decided to try it purely out of curiosity - how does it taste? And the salad turned out to be very tasty, so I’m sharing it urgently!

Ingredients for cheese salad with carrots:

— 1 large carrot (about 150 g);

- 100 g hard cheese;

***For refueling:

- a pinch of salt;

- 1 tbsp. l. mayonnaise;

- 2 tbsp. l. natural white yogurt;

- 1 clove of garlic.
