In order to achieve a lucid dream, you must connect this phrase with the intention of becoming aware of yourself in the dream. Use all your mental energy for this. EXERCISE: LUCID DREAM INCUBATION

1. Set your intention

Before going to bed, formulate one phrase or question about what you want to see, for example, “I want to visit San Francisco.” Write this phrase or draw a picture to illustrate it.
