The basis of delicious pizza is high-quality yeast dough. You can now buy it ready-made in supermarkets, pizzerias, etc., or you can prepare yeast pizza dough yourself. It's pretty simple. First you need to heat the milk, but do not bring it to a hot state, dissolve dry granulated yeast in it and leave it for 10 minutes for the reaction to take place, the mixture will become homogeneous. Now you should sift the flour, add salt and pour in the yeast mixture. Mix the dough with your hands, adding a little flour if necessary. Then cover the dough and leave in a warm place for 30-40 minutes. This time is enough for the yeast pizza dough to double in volume.

Roll out the still warm dough to the size of the mold (approximately a circle with a diameter of 26 cm), the thickness should be about 1-1.5 cm (although you can make it thinner or, conversely, thicker). Place the dough in a pan lined with parchment or foil. Spread mayonnaise and ketchup on top of the pizza dough.


Boil the chicken until cooked (20-25 minutes over medium heat), add salt to the water.


Cut the cooled chicken fillet into small pieces, grate the cheese on a coarse grater, and cut the tomato into thin slices.


Place the chicken on the dough first, then sprinkle with corn.

  1. First of all, you need to sift the flour using a sieve so that it becomes more airy and enriched with oxygen.
  2. Pour it into a deep bowl, add salt and dry yeast.
  3. Pour in warm water and sunflower oil in a thin stream, constantly stirring the ingredients.
  4. Knead a viscous and elastic dough. Cover the bowl with cling film and put it in a warm place for about half an hour.
  5. Cut the sausage into slices.
  6. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
  7. We take our dough out of the bowl, roll it out on a work surface and sprinkle it with flour.
  8. Preheat the oven and place parchment paper on a baking sheet.
  9. Transfer the dough to a baking sheet and distribute tomato paste over its entire surface.
  10. Then carefully lay out the sausage slices, pour in the corn and add spices.
  11. Place in the oven to bake for 25-35 minutes.

In this cooking method we will use ready-made dough, which can be found on the shelves of any supermarket. The filling will be mushrooms, corn, tomatoes and feta cheese.

  • champignons - 250 g;

  4. Open the package with yeast dough, sprinkle it with flour and give it the desired shape.
  5. Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil and transfer our dough into it.
  6. Lubricate the base with sour cream sauce and garlic and lay out the fried mushrooms.
  7. Then sprinkle corn on top, add onion rings and sprinkle the future pizza with spices.
  8. Place in the oven to bake for 20-30 minutes.

After the specified period of time, we take out our pizza with corn and mushrooms, sprinkle with feta cheese cut into small pieces and put it back in the oven for literally 5-7 minutes. If desired, you can add some tomatoes.

Making pizza with sausage and corn.

Mix all the products and add flour to them. Knead and knead it for 3-5 minutes. Leave to sit for a while, covered, in a warm place. For pizza, you don’t need to melt the dough for a long time, like for pies, just enough for the yeast to begin to be active and it to increase a little.

While the dough is rising, prepare the toppings. We will need a sauce of ketchup and mayonnaise (instead of ketchup, you can use tomato sauce or a little juice), grated cheese, finely chopped sausage, corn and pieces of tomatoes or peppers.

Knead the softened dough and roll out into a thin layer. Apply ketchup and mayonnaise sauce to it.

I want to show pizza dough without yeast in action by preparing a very tasty and, in my opinion, tender pizza with canned corn, sausage and cheese. The corn “sounded” so well in the filling that there was no pizza in the first 10 minutes after cooking :) And look how the dough has risen, even though it is without yeast! My sauce is simple, homemade, quick - ketchup + mayonnaise. So the ketchup was not spicy, I added ground pepper to this sauce.

To make sausage and corn pizza, first make pizza dough without yeast. Divide the finished dough into three parts of 300 grams each. To prepare this pizza, take a three-hundred gram slice and roll it out, and then place it in a pizza baking tray. Form a side. From the other two pieces of dough you can also make either the same pizza or with different toppings. I prepared all three identical pizzas, but I will indicate the quantity of ingredients for one.

Grease the dough, pizza base, with sauce (ketchup + mayonnaise + ground pepper) and sprinkle with onion (small cubes).

Then lay out the sausage circles and sprinkle them with some aromatic dry herbs. I also sprinkled it with salt, since the sausage I took didn’t have enough salt (I took milk sausage).

Then top the pizza with canned corn.

And at the end, of course, top the pizza with cheese (coarse grater) - what would pizza be without cheese :)?

Bake the pizza for about 15 minutes in an oven preheated to 200 degrees.
