What does human health depend on according to methodology. What does human health depend on? Favorable conditions for educational and work activities

Speaking about the factors that determine human health, we will not dwell on such obvious things as place of residence and sharp deviations from the average standard of living. Naturally, a person living in a mild climate is in more favorable climatic conditions than an inhabitant of the Arctic. It is also absurd to compare the health capabilities of a person not even with a high, but with an average standard of living with the capabilities of a starving, homeless person.

So, here are the most important factors that determine health:

quality of living conditions;

quality of life;

quality of human heredity;

quality of medicine.

All of these factors directly affect physical health. And which ones influence the spirit and consciousness? All the same. Heredity, of course, determines some personal characteristics of a person related to the spiritual and mental spheres. The quality of lifestyle includes, of course, not only the pattern of sleep, work, rest, etc., but also the quality of thoughts and spiritual manifestations. The direct and indirect influence of the ecological and socio-economic environment on the spirit and consciousness is undeniable. It is difficult, for example, to expect spiritual and mental health from people living in polluted territory, in conditions of ideological narrow-mindedness, deprived of the opportunity to come into contact with the masterpieces of world culture.

Medicine can influence the spiritual and mental components of a person, apparently through the personality of the doctor. A doctor influences a given person in the same way as his mother, relatives, friends - each from his own position.

It can have a significant impact through the physical component (this is the prerogative of the doctor) and through special “technology,” i.e., a set of private techniques from the arsenal of human science, ancient and modern medicine. The professional problem in this case is the construction of an individual “technology” in accordance with the level of consciousness and spirituality of the patient.

Most people, and medical professionals in particular, have a simplistic view of the factors that determine health. Nutrition, ecology, “good” pills - these are, perhaps, the first things that come to mind when thinking about health. That is why very, very many people, thinking about health, begin to absolutize these factors - hence the unreasonable and even harmful abuse of various drugs and procedures that cleanse the body, and the hope for miracle pills. At the same time, no less important factors are overlooked. Fortunately, a considerable number of people understand the great importance of work, sleep, rest, and the unique healing effect of various physical training, etc.

In fact, the list of factors influencing health is much wider than is commonly believed at the everyday level. If we highlight the main ones among them, we will get more than two dozen (Fig. 1).

Quality of living conditions includes:

quality of climatic conditions (no decoding required);

standard of living;

environmental indicators;

quality and variety of food products.

In turn, the standard of living is determined by five main parameters:

level of political stability;

the level of economic development of society;

the level of social security (social guarantees) of a person;

income level;

level of culture of society (education, traditions, value priorities).

Environmental indicators include six main parameters:

cleanliness of air, water, food;

intensity and nature of noise;

intensity and nature of vibration;

density, intensity and nature of electromagnetic radiation;

preservation of the visual, sound and aromatic natural environment of man;

the quality of the human-created visual environment.

The quality and variety of food products also do not require commentary (here the quality characteristics of products do not include their ecological cleanliness, but rather the manufacturability of their procurement, storage and preparation. That is, for example, fruits can be very environmentally friendly, but unripe or overripe , or improperly stored, etc., and therefore no less harmful than environmentally polluted ones).

Quality of life includes:

having a favorite job (work according to vocation, according to abilities);

maintaining the correct rhythm of life (work, rest, sleep, nutrition);

compliance with the principles of rational nutrition (this does not include diet and food quality

This refers to variety, moderation and adherence to national traditions in nutrition, as well as the rejection of crude, contrived diets in everyday nutrition. In the section “quality of living conditions”, the variety of products meant the possibility of choice, in this section it means whether the person himself makes this choice or follows the path of contrived diets);

sufficient physical activity;

quality of family relationships (poor family relationships are one of the strongest chronic stresses that undermine human health);

communication with nature.

A special place in this list is occupied by the quality of a particular person’s heredity (we will talk about this in detail later) and the quality of medicine. The quality of medicine can be attributed to the quality of human living conditions, but if you look at medicine from the perspective of general healthcare, that is, impersonally. Then the priority here is the quality of mass preventive examinations, sanitary and hygienic measures, the quality of surgery, a sufficient number of medical institutions and their staffing and equipment.

If you look at medicine from the inside, from the standpoint of the health of each individual patient, from the standpoint of medicine as a medical art, then this becomes a big independent problem. Moreover, this problem requires separate consideration in connection with the deep crisis that medicine is experiencing and in connection with the existing real methodology - a systematic approach that allows us to see and understand the shortcomings, distortions, erroneous ideas in today's medical science and practice and solve the overripe problem of transforming medicine.

If we try to identify the most important ones from the entire list of factors influencing health, then, in my opinion, these include: the quality of heredity, standard of living, adherence to life rhythms, rational nutrition, sufficient physical activity, quality of medicine and quality of the environment. Next, I would like to dwell in more detail on some of them - primarily in connection with the wide spread of many misconceptions about them.

Everyone wants to be healthy. But nowadays, human health is affected by many negative factors, such as the environment and food products with a large number of preservatives and other chemical elements. Therefore, in order to always feel great, you need to lead a healthy lifestyle, eat only natural and healthy food.

Human health

  1. Sport
  2. Proper nutrition
  3. Daily regime
  4. Vitamins

Sport

It is necessary to regularly engage in sports. The human body needs constant movement. So, for example, if you don’t do exercises every day in your youth, then by the age of fifty your joints may ache, your blood pressure may jump, your heart and head will ache. Physical activity improves blood circulation, strengthens the cardiovascular system, and strengthens joints. Sports also improves the immune system. Thus, people who do exercises get sick much less often, or don’t get sick at all.

Proper nutrition

Food choices should be taken more seriously and responsibly. It is better to buy fresh vegetables directly from the garden at the market, since the store very often sells those that are treated with not entirely useful substances. Instead of mayonnaise, it is better to use sour cream. Fatty and fried foods should be abandoned once and for all, since such foods very often become the cause of many diseases associated with the liver, stomach and intestines. You also need to limit the amount of meat consumed, and instead of milk, eat more fermented milk products, as they are better digested. The interval between meals should not exceed three hours. During the day, it is recommended to drink at least two liters of water. Instead of sweet confectionery, it is better to eat nuts and dried fruits. Under no circumstances should you skip breakfast or limit yourself to one sandwich with a cup of coffee. The morning meal should be complete, including fermented milk products, slow carbohydrates and vegetables.

Daily regime

Experts recommend sticking to a certain daily routine. This greatly facilitates the work of the body and helps to save most of the energy. Thus, if you go to bed at the same time and eat according to a schedule, then at the end of the day, instead of the usual fatigue, you will feel cheerful and energetic. It is best to distribute your time in accordance with the biological rhythm. For example, it is best to exercise between eight and ten in the morning. But it is better to postpone facial skin care until 19.00. According to biorhythms, the highest human performance occurs from 8.00 to 13.00, and from 16.00 to 19.00. When creating a daily routine, you should allocate time for sleep, work, rest, walks in the fresh air and for main meals.

Vitamins

Our health largely depends on how much our body receives all the necessary vitamins and nutrients. But nowadays it is very difficult to get everything you need from food. Therefore, it would be advisable to take multivitamin complexes based on natural ingredients. You can take vitamins every other week. At different times of the day there are different needs for vitamins. Hypervitaminosis is not dangerous if you drink a large amount of water in parallel with taking vitamins, since liquid always removes excess vitamins from the body. Women should definitely take vitamins B6, B12, D, calcium and, of course, folic acid, which normalizes the functioning of the cardiovascular system. It is beneficial for the nervous system to take B vitamins. Get diagnosed often, as it is better to solve any health problem sooner rather than later. Try to do fluorography once a year.

Human physical health is the natural state of the body, determined by the normal functioning of all its organs and systems. Stress, bad habits, unbalanced nutrition, lack of physical activity and other unfavorable conditions affect not only the social sphere of human activity, but also cause the appearance of various chronic diseases.

To prevent them, it is necessary to lead a healthy lifestyle, the basis of which is physical development. Regular fitness classes, yoga, running, swimming, skating and other types of physical activity help keep the body in good shape and help maintain a positive attitude. A healthy lifestyle reflects a certain life position aimed at developing culture and hygiene skills, maintaining and strengthening health, and maintaining an optimal quality of life.

Factors in human physical health

The main factor in a person’s physical health is his lifestyle.

A healthy lifestyle is reasonable human behavior, including:

  • Optimal ratio of work and rest;
  • Correctly calculated physical activity;
  • Rejection of bad habits;
  • Balanced diet;
  • Positive thinking.

A healthy lifestyle ensures the full implementation of social functions, active participation in the labor, social, family and household spheres, and also directly affects life expectancy. According to experts, a person’s physical health depends on lifestyle by more than 50%.

Factors of environmental influence on the human body can be divided into several impact groups:

  • Physical - humidity and air pressure, as well as solar radiation, electromagnetic waves and many other indicators;
  • Chemical – various elements and compounds of natural and artificial origin that are part of air, water, soil, food products, building materials, clothing, electronics;
  • Biological – beneficial and harmful microorganisms, viruses, fungi, as well as animals, plants and their metabolic products.

The impact of the combination of these factors on a person’s physical health, according to experts, is about 20%.

To a lesser extent, health is influenced by heredity, which can be either a direct cause of diseases or take part in their development. From a genetic point of view, all diseases can be divided into three types:

  • Hereditary are diseases, the occurrence and development of which is associated with defects in inherited cells (Down syndrome, Alzheimer's disease, hemophilia, cardiomyopathy and others);
  • Conditionally hereditary - with a genetic predisposition, but provoked by external factors (hypertension, atherosclerosis, diabetes, eczema and others);
  • Non-hereditary - caused by environmental influences and not related to the genetic code.

All people have a genetic predisposition to various diseases, which is why doctors are always interested in the diseases of the patient’s parents and other relatives. The influence of heredity on a person’s physical health is estimated by researchers at 15%.

Medical care, according to expert data, has almost no effect on health (less than 10%). According to WHO research, the main cause of both deterioration in quality of life and premature death are chronic diseases, which can be divided into four main types:

  • Cardiovascular (heart attack, stroke);
  • Chronic respiratory (obstructive pulmonary disease, asthma);
  • Oncological;
  • Diabetes.

The development of chronic diseases is promoted by alcohol consumption, smoking, unhealthy diet and lack of physical activity.

Consequently, the main indicator of a person’s physical health is a lifestyle that should be aimed at preventing diseases, promoting health, and achieving spiritual and physical harmony.

Human physical development and health

The basis of a healthy lifestyle is the physical development of a person, and health directly depends on the optimal balance of physical activity and rest. Regular exercise provides a high level of immunity, improves metabolism and blood circulation, normalizes blood pressure, and increases strength and endurance. When planning physical activity, it is imperative to take into account the age and physiological characteristics of the person, take into account the state of health, and consult a doctor about possible contraindications. Loads must be optimal: insufficient - ineffective, excessive - harm the body. In addition, over time, the loads become habitual and need to be gradually increased. Their intensity is determined by the number of repetitions of the exercises, the range of movements and the pace of execution.

Physical culture and human health

Physical culture is a sphere of social activity aimed at strengthening health and developing a person’s physical abilities. Therefore, doctors especially emphasize the connection between physical culture and human health. There are several types of physical education:

The last two types are especially important, as they quickly normalize the body’s condition and contribute to the creation of favorable living conditions.

A healthy lifestyle is the most important indicator of a person’s physical health. Leading it means, on the one hand, maintaining social activity and a positive attitude towards the world, and on the other hand, giving up bad habits, balancing your diet and doing regular exercise. Physical education provides motivation to prevent diseases, maintain the body in good physical shape, and increase life expectancy. Physical exercise improves mood, increases self-esteem and relieves stress, increases performance and has a beneficial effect on the functioning of the body as a whole.

Video from YouTube on the topic of the article:

Absolutely all people want to be healthy. They don’t even just want, but dream, strive, look for ways to preserve what health remains and restore what has already been lost. But do they understand what health is? What does health depend on?? What does it mean to be healthy? How will the majority answer this question? “Being healthy is not being sick,” or “Health is feeling good.” In fact, a person will be healthy if all his components are healthy. And we're not just talking about organs.

Each person has his own aura, each one is individual in size, color and state of health. In modern esotericism, aura refers to the totality of thin layers surrounding the human physical body. The first layer is an exact copy of the physical body, and the disease first affects it, and only then manifests itself as an illness in the human body. The second layer is emotional, reflects the emotions and feelings experienced by a person. It is here in this layer that diseases caused by anger appear, , anger, envy, resentment and so on. The third layer is mental, reflects our thoughts and ideas. It is not for nothing that they say that thoughts are material, since the connection between the mental and physical body is very close. The fourth layer is the astral layer, associated with the desires and intentions of a person. The fifth, sixth and seventh layers form a connection with cosmic forces and feed a person with energy. The state of the aura is what does health depend on? person.

All of these layers directly affect the human physical body. Accordingly, health is not only good health, but also positive thoughts, good feelings, good intentions and actions. Modern medicine considers only the physical body and offers various medicines that act only on it. But if the disease sits higher, in other layers of the aura, then the pills only remove the symptoms without giving the person the opportunity to eradicate the cause.

It’s no wonder that more and more people are trying to understand what does health depend on?, become disillusioned with medicine and refuse to visit hospitals. Does not help. But I want to say that such people begin to look for other ways to solve the problem and turn to healers, bioenergetics, and psychics with the hope of restoring their health. If you think that laying on of hands, replenishing energy or removing so-called damage will help you, you are mistaken. This can only give a short-term effect, since all of the methods listed also remove symptoms without affecting the cause. And in this case, no one can guarantee health. Even God.

After all, having lost hope of healing, people go to church, turn to God and ask, pray for help. Of course, admitting one’s mistakes and admiring higher powers in many cases helps a person. He is given another chance, time to realize his mistakes and prevent them in the future. But this is not a guarantee of health! Only a person can shape his health with the right thoughts, feelings, emotions, and actions. Only a person is responsible for his illnesses, for his health and for his life!

Do you think what does health depend on?? What causes diseases? What does it bestow? Write your thoughts in the comments!

Yulia Kravchenko

The most valuable thing for a person is life and health. Wealth, fame, career have no meaning if a person is sick.

According to WHO experts, human health depends 20% on environmental conditions, 10% on the level of development of medical care, 20% is determined by hereditary predisposition to diseases and 50% depends on a person’s lifestyle. That is, more than 50% of the factors influencing a person’s health are controllable.

Let's consider the main components that influence lifestyle on health, contributing to the preservation and strengthening of health.

Nutrition

Nutrition ensures the vital functions of the body, increases its resistance, and prevents the development of diseases. It should be regular, complete, balanced in terms of the set of vital substances (proteins, fats, carbohydrates, vitamins and microelements).

To maintain physical activity and maintain health, your diet should include a variety of foods of plant and animal origin. These are vegetables, fruits, vegetable oil, dairy products (milk, kefir, cottage cheese, cheese, butter), meat, fish.

Four meals a day are rational: the first breakfast is 25% of the daily diet, the second breakfast is relatively light (15%), the lunch is quite filling (50%), the dinner is light and does not burden the stomach (10%).

Physical activity

An optimal level of physical activity contributes to the balanced functioning of all human organs and systems and expands the body’s adaptive capabilities. A person at any age should receive adequate physical activity.

This could be physical education, aerobics, dancing, running, various sports in health clubs, sections, or just at home.

Hardening helps increase the body's resistance to adverse environmental influences and diseases. For complete hardening, it is necessary to observe certain principles: gradualism, regularity and systematicity, multifactorial nature, taking into account the individual characteristics of the body.

Healthy lifestyle

Compliance with the work and rest regime contributes to the harmonious flow of physiological processes in the body. A special place in a healthy life regime belongs to the daily routine, a certain rhythm of human life and activity.

Each person’s routine should include a certain time for work, rest, eating, and sleep. When we talk about a daily routine, we do not mean strict schedules with a minute-by-minute time budget for each task for each day. There is no need to reduce the regime to caricature with excessive pedantry. The routine itself is a kind of core on which the conduct of both weekdays and weekends should be based.

Mental and emotional stability contribute to the preservation and strengthening of mental health. Smile more often, be friendly, respect others - this is useful not only for you, but also for the people with whom you work.

Personal hygiene and environmentally conscious behavior prevent disease and contribute to the creation of a healthy environment. The phrase “personal hygiene” refers to more than just washing your hands, washing your face and brushing your teeth.

Compliance with the rules of personal hygiene includes performing a whole range of measures to care for skin, nails, hair, ears, oral cavity, clothing, shoes, etc. There are no secondary or unimportant organs and systems in the human body. Equally important is compliance with the rules of public hygiene and home hygiene.

Safe behavior at home, on the street, at work and at school helps to avoid injuries and other harm, improve the quality of life and increase life expectancy. Accidents, injuries and poisonings are in third place among the causes of mortality. Road injuries and poisoning are especially relevant at present.

Quitting self-destructive behavior (smoking, drinking alcohol and drugs) preserves health and life. Alcohol has a harmful effect on almost all human organs and systems. But, above all, the central nervous system, heart, liver, and gastrointestinal tract are affected. Tobacco kills about 5 million people every year. Smokers make up 96-100 percent of lung cancer patients.

Healthy sexual behavior helps maintain and strengthen reproductive health. Healthy sexual behavior means carrying out a set of measures for family planning, preventing unwanted pregnancies and abortions, preventing sexually transmitted diseases, and eliminating violence in intimate relationships. All this will contribute to the birth of healthy children.
