Step-by-step preparation

  1. Step 1:

    We prepare in advance all the products necessary for the salad.

  2. Step 2:

    Defrost the mussels and shrimp and fry in oil for about two minutes. I had them already half-cooked (peeled shrimp).

  3. Step 3:

    At the very end, add a little soy sauce to them. Mix everything and turn it off after a few seconds. The shrimp and mussels turned slightly brown.

  4. Step 4:

    Cut the avocado into two halves. Peel off the top layer and cut into small cubes. We remove the bone.

  5. Step 5:

    We also cut the tomato into cubes, only remove the liquid part to the side.

  6. Step 6:

    For dressing – mix olive oil, mustard and soy sauce. The proportions can be adjusted to your taste. If necessary, add salt, but it turns out quite normal anyway.

  7. Step 7:

    Divide the washed and dried lettuce leaves into pieces and place them on the bottom of the plate. Place fried mussels and shrimp on top. Pour over the dressing. Salt if necessary.

    Add pieces of avocado, tomato and chopped egg. You can put more mussels and shrimp in the center; after all, they are our main ingredients. Add some more dressing and enjoy!

Ingredients:

  • large shrimps – 400 g
  • mussels – 400 g
  • red salad onion – 1 pc.
  • dry white wine – 200 ml
  • cucumbers – 2 pcs.
  • eggs – 4-5 pcs.
  • lemon – 0.5 pcs.
  • lettuce leaves – 200 g
  • salt, pepper, bay leaf
  • mayonnaise – 100 g

For this salad, it is advisable to take fresh shrimp and mussels, not frozen. Pour white wine into a frying pan, add spices and wait until it boils. Place seafood in it and simmer for 3 minutes. Place them in a bowl and cool.

We cut the onion into very small cubes, the cucumbers into strips. Boil the eggs and grind them in a food processor. Place all the ingredients on lettuce leaves, pour over mayonnaise, and garnish with thin lemon slices and chopped herbs.

Shrimp salad with mussels

Ingredients:

  • mussels in oil – 1 jar
  • shrimp – 100 g
  • onion - ? PC.
  • cucumber – 1 pc.
  • eggs – 2 pcs.
  • canned corn – 100 g

Boil the shrimp for 2-3 minutes in salted water and peel. Cut the cucumber, eggs and onion into small cubes. Mix all the ingredients in a salad bowl, add corn and mussels along with oil. There is no need to add anything else to the salad, as this oil will serve as a dressing.

Salad with shrimp, mussels and rice

Ingredients:

  • rice – 100 g
  • avocado – 1 pc.
  • mussels and shrimp – 300 g
  • pickled cucumbers – 2 pcs.
  • soy sauce – 2-3 tbsp. spoons
  • green onions – 1 bunch

Let's do the rice first. It must be washed well and boiled for 20 minutes with salt added, rinsed with cold water. Then it will turn out crumbly. Boil mussels and shrimp in boiling water for no more than 5 minutes. Cut the avocado pulp, cucumbers into cubes, chop the green onions. Mix all ingredients and pour in soy sauce. If desired, it can be replaced with mayonnaise, but then you will get a completely different taste.

Pour oil into a preheated frying pan, add chopped onion, add shrimp and mussels. Then pour in soy sauce and fry over high heat for 2-3 minutes, add chopped garlic and remove from heat after a few seconds. Place the salad mix in a salad bowl, fried shrimp and mussels on top, sprinkle with sesame seeds fried in a dry frying pan.

Vegetable salad with seafood

Ingredients:

  • shrimp and mussels – 200 g
  • Cherry tomatoes – 10 pcs.
  • lettuce leaves – 50 g
  • cucumbers – 1 pc.
  • bell pepper – 1 pc.
  • white onion – ? PC.
  • lemon juice – 1 tbsp. spoon
  • cheese – 50 g
  • olive oil – 2 tbsp. spoons

Cut the lettuce leaves and all the vegetables into large pieces and place them in a deep salad bowl. Boil shrimp and mussels and place them on top. Sprinkle with lemon juice and pour with olive oil.

  • squid – 2 carcasses
  • shrimp – 500 g
  • tomatoes – 3 pcs.

Spicy mussel and shrimp salad

Ingredients:

  • mussels – 300 g
  • shrimp – 300 g
  • Bulgarian yellow pepper – 1 pc.
  • tomatoes – 3 pcs.
  • garlic – 4 cloves
  • sesame – 2 tbsp. spoons
  • French mustard – 2 tbsp. spoons
  • dill – 30 g
  • basil – 1 teaspoon
  • salt and pepper - a pinch
  • sugar – 1 teaspoon
  • lemon juice – 5 ml
  • balsamic vinegar - 1 tbsp. spoon

First, prepare the seafood, boil them separately in salted water and let cool. Meanwhile, cut the tomatoes and peppers into small cubes. Prepare the dressing: mix sugar, salt, pepper, mustard, lemon juice, squeezed garlic, chopped dill, basil and vinegar. Season the salad with this dressing and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Unusual salad with shrimp, mussels and fruits

Ingredients:

  • shrimp – 500 g
  • mussels – 300 g
  • greens (lettuce, dill and parsley) – 50 g
  • pear – 1 pc.
  • cucumber – 2 pcs.
  • apple – 2 pcs.
  • tomato – 1 pc.
  • lemon – 1 pc.
  • pomegranate juice – 1 tbsp. spoon
  • soy juice – 2 tbsp. spoons
  • olive oil – 2 tbsp. spoons
  • marjoram, salt and pepper - a pinch
  • Provençal herbs – 1 teaspoon
  • parsley stem – 10 g
  • garlic – 3 cloves

Make a brine from parsley stems, add salt, pepper, a slice of lemon and boil the shrimp. After 3 minutes, take them out and boil the mussels in the same place. Finely chop the greens and cut the cucumbers into slices. Cut apples and pears into long slices, sprinkle with lemon juice. Cut the peeled tomatoes into cubes, finely chop the lettuce leaves.

To prepare the dressing, crush the garlic with salt and pepper, add olive oil, soy sauce, lemon and pomegranate juice, and all the spices.

Mix a third of the seafood with vegetables, pour over the sauce. Place mussels on top and a pile of shrimp in the center.

Salad with pineapple, mussels and shrimp

Ingredients:

  • canned pineapple – 200 g
  • spicy cheese – 100 g
  • canned mussels and shrimp – 200 g
  • lemon juice – 5 ml.
  • Chinese cabbage - ? head of cabbage
  • eggs – 2 pcs.
  • mayonnaise - to taste

Cut pineapple and boiled eggs into cubes, add canned seafood, grated cheese and shredded Chinese cabbage. Mix everything, add lemon juice and a little low-fat mayonnaise.

Three cucumbers on a medium grater, chop the parsley. We put this in a transparent salad bowl as the first layer, making a mayonnaise grid. Next come boiled shrimp, grated carrots and apple, mayonnaise. Top the salad with mussels.

Ingredients:

  • smoked shrimp – 1 can
  • green salad – 150 g
  • mussels – 100 g
  • leek – 50 g
  • avocado – 100 g
  • olives – 50 g
  • garlic – 1 clove
  • parsley – 10 g
  • sour cream – 50 g
  • mayonnaise – 50 g

We cut the avocado into cubes, tear the green salad with our hands, cut the olives into slices and leeks into thin strips. Mix all the ingredients, add shrimp and mussels, pour over the dressing. To prepare it, mix crushed garlic, mayonnaise, sour cream and chopped garlic.

Seafood salad in mustard sauce

  • marinated shrimp and mussels – 200 g
  • green salad – 200 g
  • shallots – 150 g
  • basil – 40 g
  • red beans – 1 can
  • mayonnaise – 1 tbsp. spoon
  • olive oil – 1 tbsp. spoon
  • mustard – 3 tbsp. spoons

Whisk mustard, mayonnaise and olive oil. We will season the salad with this sauce. Mix small pieces of lettuce with finely chopped onion and basil, add mussels with shrimp and canned red beans. Stir together with mustard sauce.

Salad with potatoes and seafood

Ingredients:

  • seafood mixture in oil (mussels, shrimp and octopus) – 150 g
  • potatoes – 3 pcs.
  • Iceberg lettuce – 100 g
  • onion – 1 pc.
  • mayonnaise
  • vinegar - 3 tbsp. spoons
  • boiling water – 50 g
  • sugar and salt - a pinch

First, marinate the onion, to do this, cut it into thin half rings, add boiling water, vinegar, sugar and salt, leave for 20 minutes. Boil the potatoes in their skins and cut into large slices. Mix chopped lettuce, potatoes, onions and seafood, season with mayonnaise.

  • Mussels - 300 grams;
  • Arugula and basil greens in the desired quantity;
  • Dry white wine - 1 glass;
  • Olive oil - 50 grams;
  • Juice of half a lemon;
  • Garlic - 2-3 cloves;
  • Honey - 0.5 teaspoon;
  • Salt and pepper to taste.

To decorate the salad, you can optionally use: 1 boiled egg, 1 tomato and 10 pitted olives.
